Meet the Thompson Dove Law Group teamPaula Richardson:What prior experience that you feel has been most beneficial to your role at TDLG: My work at SC DSS in child welfare services and as a Certified Adoptions Investigator well prepared me for my role at Thompson Dove Law Group. I served in all areas of child welfare, both as a case manager and supervisor and program director, and spent my final years at SC DSS as a Regional Director, providing leadership and supervision to 12 counties and several regional offices, including the regional adoptions and abuse and neglect intake office. Most rewarding part of your job: Talking with and serving families throughout the state that are in need of legal support to grow their families and provide permanency and protection to vulnerable children.
