Traci graduated from Clemson University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Early Intervention. Following graduation, she began her career with the South Carolina Department of Social Services in Greenville County, where she worked in child protective investigations. She later relocated to Durham, North Carolina, where she served as a mental health case manager before returning to the Upstate to license and support foster families.

Throughout her career, Traci has remained dedicated to supporting children and families. She served on the Greenville County Foster Care Review Board for seven years and was a board member of Genesis Homes for four years, supporting organizations committed to the well-being and permanency of children.

Traci recently earned her Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of South Carolina. During her graduate studies, she completed internships with Greenville County Schools, working alongside school social workers, and with Prisma Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program, where she provided individual and group therapy to clients receiving intensive outpatient mental health services.

Traci believes every child deserves a safe, loving, and permanent home. She is passionate about helping children achieve stability, safety, and permanency and feels honored to walk alongside expectant parents and adoptive families throughout the adoption journey, providing compassionate guidance and support every step of the way.
